About John Newmans

John started his career in real estate because of his passion for people, conversations and a childhood interest in architecture. Born and raised in the Jacksonville area, then moving to Clay County in his teens, he fell in love with the area and everything it has to offer. He currently lives there with his wife and their two daughters where they are very active in their church and community. Working for over twenty-five years in retail management, he enjoys the everyday connections you can make in business and always looks to offer a helping hand to his peers and customers alike. From rock band roadie to church deacon, John lives life to the fullest and is happy to help homeowners and buyers navigate their real estate journey alongside his lifelong friend Jason at The Hartley Group.
