About Elaine Carter

Elaine has always been a part of the family but joined The Hartley Group as a realtor in 2019. Operating alongside Jason, her brother, and Melanie, clients get the added bonus of three realtors for the price of one!  Like the rest of the Hartley team, Elaine comes from the community service field. As a pharmacy technician, she practices a “people first” approach. When not serving her clients, she enjoys the many outdoor activities in the area, travel and her rescue fur babies, 2 cats and 1 dog. She believes “home is where your next story begins” and is happy to help others find their next chapter.
